The Runyan Jay Band is a premier big band that features music from the 30' 40's and 50's. The band
plays the original arrangments of Glenn Miller, Harry James, Les Brown, Tommy Dorsey, and
Stan Kenton, to name a few. The band also features vocals of Frank Sinatra, Bobby Darrin,
Dean Martin, and Natlie Cole.

The band is full of talent, employing only top musicians in the tri-state area. Under the direction of
Mark Patton, saxophonist, every band member is a full time musician. The nine piece band uncludes:
piano, bass, drums, two trumpets, trombone, alto sax, tenor sax, and baritone saophone.

The Runyan Jay Band is a hit at local county clubs but also travels to Detroit, Cleveland, Columbus,
and surrounding areas.

For five consecutive years the band has been featured at the Catawba Island club on New Year's Eve.
The band has also played at: Plumbrook County Club, Bowling Green County Club, Gross Pointe
Country Club, Toledo County Club, Avon Lake County Club, Fostoria County Club, Meadow Brooke
Hall, Nazareth Hall, Stone Ridge County Club, Centennial Terrace, and many other clubs and dance
